FDA SMART-SNACK CERTIFIED
We are proud to be able to say that a selection of our products are FDA Smart-Snack Certified, including Frostyogurt® Non-Fat Vanilla, Frostyogurt® Non-Fat Chocolate, and Frostyogurt® No Sugar Added soft serve dessert mixes.
The Smart Snacks in School standards, which took effect July 2014, are required to be followed by all schools that participate in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). The Smart Snacks in School standards apply to all foods and beverages sold to students during the school day outside of federally reimbursable meal programs, and they help to ensure student maintain a more balanced, healthy, and nutritious diet during the school day.
